Eric Giddiens
Eric Giddiens, born in 1974, is a dedicated public safety professional, entrepreneur, and youth mentor. He graduated from Brien McMahon High School in 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Central Connecticut State University in 1997. During college, he was actively involved in student leadership, serving as Vice President and later President of the Black Student Union, as well as a Dorm Representative in Student Government.
Since 1998, Eric has built a career in public safety, demonstrating his commitment to community well-being. For 18 years, he has also coached youth basketball, mentoring young athletes through sports. Beyond his career and coaching, he is the designer and owner of My Hero 8, a fashion brand that reflects his creativity and entrepreneurial vision.
A devoted father of three, Eric’s life is defined by service, leadership, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Orlando Sean Giddiens
Orlando Sean Giddiens grew up in a strong, family-oriented household as the middle child among eight brothers. Raised by an entrepreneurial father and a skilled homemaker mother, he developed a deep appreciation for family values and business.
A Desert Storm Veteran, Orlando served four years in the U.S. Army as a Specialist 4, demonstrating his dedication to his country. For the past 30 years, he has been a government employee, committed to public service and community welfare. Inspired by his father’s business ventures, he has always aspired to be an entrepreneur, driven by a desire to give back to his community.
A devout Christian and father of two adult sons, Orlando’s life is guided by faith, family, and service. His legacy is defined by his military service, long-standing public service career, and unwavering dedication to those around him.

Keith Giddiens
Keith Giddiens graduated high school in 1981 and pursued a four-year business major, laying the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. After college, he moved to Pasadena, California, where he started a mobile phone business before returning to Connecticut to launch an audio tape business. Though unsuccessful, the venture provided valuable lessons that shaped his outlook on business.
A passionate reader and philosopher, Keith explores topics on life, religion, lucid dreaming, and travel. His adventurous spirit led him to hitchhike to Florida, process caviar in Seattle, and travel through Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize by motorcycle. He also worked in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, before settling in Hawaii from 1992 to 1999.
Returning to Connecticut in 1999, Keith invested in real estate, following the example set by his entrepreneurial parents. He credits their faith-centered approach to life for his success, believing in walking by faith, not by sight. His legacy is one of entrepreneurship, adventure, and strong family values, reflecting a life of growth, exploration, and unwavering faith.
